She helps faith-filled women who love God but feel stuck break free from emotional wounds, toxic patterns, and limiting beliefs. Through intentional prayer, inner healing, and mindset renewal, Lady T equips women to align with God, heal from the inside out, and live the Kingdom life they were called to live—whole, confident, and free.

With a strong background in communication and management, Caren ensures daily operations flow smoothly, helping to advance the ministry’s mission. Her commitment to excellence, prayer, and integrity makes her a trusted partner in building Kingdom impact.

Lisa Ester – Ministry Assistant

Lisa Ester serves faithfully as Ministry Assistant, bringing a passion for service and a heart for intercession. With a background in customer service and mentorship, Lisa helps coordinate ministry activities while also supporting prayer initiatives. Her faith-driven commitment is to uplift, equip, and encourage others as they fulfill their Kingdom callings.

Anita “Gina” Fowler – Personal Assistant

Anita “Gina” Fowler serves as Personal Assistant to the President, offering dedicated support in both personal and ministry matters. With 27 years of experience in the aviation industry and a heart for caregiving, Gina now pours her gifts into serving others through home healthcare and entrepreneurship. Her vision includes expanding care for the elderly, creating housing solutions for the homeless, and leaving a strong family legacy rooted in faith and service.
